They are seeking motivated sales development representatives, or 'setters', to generate qualified sales appointments through outbound dialing of warm leads, thereby driving revenue for the company.ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitchesArrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closersAttend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by managementFollowing up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward in the sales processConsistently increase product knowledge by consuming the content in the sales training centerParticipate in daily sales syncs via zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipelineEngage in question led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need, desire, & urgency for WFS offersBuild relationships with leads, using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals, objectives, and dominant buying motivesUtilize WFS sales material to ensure leads consume content prior to showing up to the call with a closerAchieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectationsAdhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities, including lead management, follow-up, and accurate forecastingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales processDisplay WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high performance cultureSkills6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high ticket sales or consultative sales processEffective communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter with a strong drive for successAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExcellent people skills with the ability to create rapportExperience and working knowledge of CRM systemsExperience in phone/zoom salesCompetitive individual that understands sales is a numbers gameHungry with tenacity and not afraid of high output dialingBring energy and enthusiasm to every room you're inStrategic individual and thoroughly enjoy the sales processExtremely coachable and disciplinedCan learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced sales environmentBenefitsBonus opportunitiesUncapped commissionCompany OverviewThe WFS Group focuses on scaling integrity-based sales operations.
