[Remote] Servicing Instructional Designer

They are seeking a Servicing Instructional Designer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of their Loan Servicing team members.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations, reference materials, and SOPs applicable to auto finance operationsMaintain expert knowledge of information delivered, acting as a subject matter expert for our team membersConduct training needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities within the teamEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metricsEnsure all training materials and programs comply with industry regulations and company policiesAct as a co-facilitator or primary backup trainer for onboarding and continuing education sessionsThe unique ability to sit focused and build technical training content, then easily pivot into an enthusiastic, high-energy live presenterAbility to manage multiple small-to-medium design projects simultaneouslySkillsMinimum of 3 years experience in training and development/instructional design, preferably in auto finance or financial services industryExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and project management abilitiesFamiliarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferredOutstanding organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreativity and ability to develop engaging visual contentHigh level of integrityStrong sense of teamwork, yet able to work independentlySelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionWorks well in fast pace, high-volume environmentExcited by the idea of constant change, you are comfortable being uncomfortableCompany OverviewLendbuzz is a car financing platform that helps consumers with thin U.S. credit history obtain financing for their car purchase.
