Position Overview

The Remote Services Sales Specialist is responsible for providing consultative customer support and seamless sales experiences for our deck projects and home improvement services via telephone. This role is critical in building affinity and trust with customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and maintaining exceptional call quality standards.

You'll leverage established sales strategies to effectively close transactions through inbound and outbound calling. Your ability to communicate clear expectations will ensure customers are well-prepared for each stage of their project installation process. You'll collaborate seamlessly with customers, service providers, and internal arenaflex partners to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration and Partnership (20%)

Work closely with arenaflex partners and external service providers to coordinate sales and ensure smooth project fulfillment
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure accurate scheduling and seamless handoffs
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and optimize the customer journey


Communication and Outreach (40%)

Proactively call customers to assess their product needs and schedule appointments
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships
Respond to inbound inquiries with enthusiasm and product expertise
Present product options confidently and guide customers through selection processes
Create and review quotes, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing
Utilize proven sales techniques to close transactions effectively
Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system


Customer Service Excellence (20%)

Deliver consultative customer care that builds trust and loyalty
Provide easy, stress-free sales experiences that exceed customer expectations
Set appropriate expectations to ensure customers are fully prepared for installation phases
Upsell and cross-sell service solutions to maximize customer value
Follow up with customers before and after the sales cycle to close additional opportunities
Handle sales inquiries professionally and set appointments in the most cost-effective manner
Ensure proper pricing and processes are followed while logging all relevant information
Verify product and scheduling accuracy to set precise expectations for the customer experience
Address and resolve customer, service provider, and partner issues promptly and professionally


Process and Policy Compliance (20%)

Adhere to all arenaflex processes and policies during every customer interaction
Identify and resolve client, service provider, and partner issues as soon as they arise
Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
Report any discrepancies or concerns to appropriate stakeholders


Essential Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Background in sales is preferred; customer service experience is highly valued
Technical Requirements: Personal internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
