They are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in Legal Service Delivery and Contract Management to lead complex implementations and ensure successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) and Contract Management modules for enterprise clientsConfigure workflows, intake forms, contract lifecycle stages, and approval processes to match client-specific legal and procurement requirementsTranslate complex legal operations and contract management processes into scalable, supportable ServiceNow solutionsPartner with client stakeholders -- legal, procurement, IT, and operations -- to gather requirements and drive adoptionSupport pre-sales activities including scoping, discovery, and solution demonstrations when the engagement requires itDocument configuration decisions and design rationale so future Norseman work on the platform can build on itProvide technical guidance on adjacent ServiceNow modules where contracts and asset/vendor data intersect (ITAM, HAM, SAM, Vendor Management)SkillsProven hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow LSD or Contract Management -- you have owned a deployment, not just supported oneFamiliarity with adjacent modules: ITAM, HAM, SAM, or Vendor Management as contract management use casesLegal Service Delivery & Contract ManagementAbility to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical legal and procurement audiencesStrong requirements-gathering instincts -- can sit with legal ops and walk out with a configuration planConfigure-first mindset; comfortable defending out-of-box approaches against unnecessary customizationExperience in Higher Education, public sector, or other regulated industriesPre-sales solutioning experience -- scoping, discovery, demos for LSD or Contract Management opportunitiesAdditional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, additional CIS specializations)BenefitsFully remote (or as specified in the role)Small, collaborative team backed by the broader Norseman Defense Technologies organizationOpportunity to do consequential platform work for federal, healthcare, and regulated enterprise clientsEqual Opportunity Employer / Veterans / DisabledCompany OverviewNorseman Services is a boutique ServiceNow consultancy built for organizations with real stakes and high standards.
