In this role, you will support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into functionality while collaborating with clients and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesAs a ServiceNow Consultant (Techno‑Functional), you will work with clients and internal delivery teams to support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutionsYou will help translate business requirements into ServiceNow functionality and assist with configuring workflows, forms, and platform features under the guidance of senior team members and ArchitectsYou will participate in requirements discussions, support solution design activities, and contribute to testing, training, and deployment effortsThis role is client‑facing and provides hands‑on exposure to ServiceNow implementations while developing both functional and technical skillsSkillsMinimum ONE (1) year of professional experienceMinimum Degree: Bachelor'sExperience assisting with gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow configurations or user storiesMust be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
