[Remote] ServiceNow Systems Analyst

They are seeking a ServiceNow Systems Analyst to design business-focused solutions, lead discovery calls, and ensure systems meet organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesDesigns business-focused solutions in ServiceNow to ensure systems meet requirements, are efficient, effective, and scalable in support of organizational goalsPartners with Business Analysts, ServiceNow Administrators, and Developers to produce technical specifications, support testing, and develop internal implementation plansLeads or participates in discovery calls and workshops as a ServiceNow subject matter expert to identify business needs and define, redesign, and improve internal processesConducts gap analysis, documents current state and to-be state, and provides thought leadership to advise stakeholders on leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities to improve business operationsManages, documents, and communicates system requirements to the delivery team to ensure proposed solutions and implementations meet stakeholder expectationsKeeps abreast of ServiceNow technology to stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and trends to inform practice directionReviews ServiceNow technical literatureAttends meetings and training opportunitiesPerforms all other duties or special projects as assignedSkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in process definition, developing system requirements, documentation, and project artifactsProven analyst experience across a range of ServiceNow modules including Field Service Management, Customer Service Management, Technology Provider Service Management, Project Portfolio Management, IT Service Management, and Hardware Asset ManagementProven experience leading workshops, discovery calls, gathering and documenting requirements, and influencing decision makers at senior levelsAbility to provide technical guidance across stakeholders while working closely with delivery teamsUnderstanding of ServiceNow modules, integrations, capabilities, and platform technologiesStrong organizational and time management abilities with a track record of communicating complex ideas effectively across a large organizationExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirementsBenefits401k plansMedical insuranceFree therapy visitsMental health coaching and toolsMeditation resourcesGenerous paid time off package that includes not only vacation and care time, but also Wellness and Volunteer Time Off daysCompany OverviewAs a Global IT Solutions Provider, we connect people with technology that enhances growth, elevates productivity, and empowers innovation.
