[Remote] ServiceNow Risk Engineer

They are seeking a ServiceNow Risk Engineer responsible for developing and integrating ServiceNow IT Risk Management solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and service delivery.ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of the TPRM and IRM modules of ServiceNow to advise on quality solutions to business needsAn independent self-starter, with the ability to work as part of a team of engineersAbility to translate stories into code using best practices that reduce technical debt on the platformVision to guide the product through automation and AI-assistance, where applicableTriage, investigate, and resolve issues in accordance to enterprise SLAsDevelopment of approved stories in bi-weekly sprint cadencesPresenting non-standard technical solutions in architecture boards for approvalRefining technical requirements of new stories prior to developmentAssisting in code and peer review of other team member storiesEnsuring production delivery during releasesDefect remediation in response to upgrades, incident tickets, and other unplanned eventsThought leadership for aligning to leading product practicesSkills5+ years' experience with the capabilities below:ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and/or TPRM (ThirdâParty Risk Management) productsServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issues Management, Audit Management, and ThirdâParty Risk Management workflowsDeveloping risk, compliance, audit, security, and vendorârisk requirements into stories aligned to ServiceNow outâofâtheâbox capabilitiesExperience working closely with ServiceNow developers or architects on configuration decisionsRegulatory and risk frameworks that commonly drive IRM/TPRM implementations (e.g., SOX, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR, operational resilience, vendor cybersecurity risk)ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist â IRM or TPRMExperience supporting highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance, or large enterprise risk programs)Microcertifications in ServiceNow AI, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or other related disciplinesBenefitsThis position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This fullâtime position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial wellâbeing of colleagues and their families.The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility.Company OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
