[Remote] ServiceNow Program Manager

Ondaro is currently seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery and coordination of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. The role involves working closely with clients, architects, consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projectsCoordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholdersManage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate project governance activities including status meetings, steering committees, action tracking, and executive reportingEnsure alignment between business requirements, project objectives, and ServiceNow platform capabilitiesDrive project planning activities including resource allocation, milestone definition, sprint planning, and delivery forecastingMonitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and scope changesMaintain effective communication with internal teams, customers, third-party vendors, and leadership stakeholdersSupport change management, user adoption, and transition-to-support activities as neededEnsure project documentation, deliverables, and acceptance processes are completed according to organizational standards and customer expectationsCollaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery leadership to support project staffing, estimations, and customer satisfaction initiativesPromote delivery best practices, process consistency, and continuous improvement across ServiceNow projects and programsSkillsStrong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ServiceNow projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business users, and executive leadershipProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative and delivery-focused environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks and blockersExperience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and customer expectations in fast-paced environmentsAdaptability and willingness to navigate changing priorities, evolving business requirements, and complex project environmentsA customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivery quality, transparency, and continuous improvementUnderstanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies within enterprise technology projectsFamiliarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, implementation lifecycle, and enterprise service management conceptsAbility to work consultatively with customers and internal stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with business objectivesBenefitsOndaro's success is based on our most valuable asset - our people.We offer a robust benefits package designed with your needs in mind.We are passionate about investing in our people and support your continued education and career development.Company OverviewAt Cask, we design, enable and sustain digital transformation on the ServiceNow platform.
