Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iTech AG is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Business Process Consultant to participate in the delivery of an ITAM implementation initiative. This role involves driving implementation, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outputs that enable the deployment of ITAM processes and governance.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage engagement governance, cadence, and reportingBuild strong relationships with client leadership and key ITAM stakeholders across the organizationLead executive communications, including steering committees and status reportingFacilitate workshops to capture:Current-state asset management processes (hardware, software, lifecycle management)Variations across teams and departments (operational, data, compliance)Pain points, gaps, and optimization opportunitiesDefine future-state ITAM process frameworks aligned to target platform and tooling capabilitiesDevelop standardization and harmonization recommendations across asset classes and business unitsCoordinate across diverse stakeholders including:IT operations and infrastructure teamsProcurement, finance, and vendor management stakeholdersCompliance, security, and audit stakeholdersDrive alignment on common vs. business-unit-specific ITAM requirementsIdentify risks, dependencies, and organizational change impactsOwn quality and completion of all implementation outputs, including:Process maps (current/future state)ITAM requirements documentationGap analysis and recommendationsExecutive summaries and decision materialsEnsure deliverables are clear, actionable, and implementation-readyProvide direction and oversight to BA/BPC resourcesDelegate and manage workstreams while ensuring consistency and qualityReview and refine deliverables produced by supporting team membersAlign ITAM implementation outputs with the broader IT transformation roadmapPartner with technology and architecture teams to ensure feasibility and integration with existing CMDB, ITSM, and asset toolingSupport transition into design, configuration, and deployment phasesOther duties as assignedSkills3+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or IT asset managementProven experience leading workstreams or engagements in complex, matrixed environmentsStrong background in ITAM process implementation and transformationExperience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across business and IT functionsDemonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder alignmentExcellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilityBachelor's degreeExperience supporting greenfield implementationsServiceNow CSAServiceNow CIS in either HAM or SAMCompany OverviewiTech AG is a technology consulting firm.
