They are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant who will design, develop, test, and deploy complex solutions for customers, leveraging deep technical expertise to guide solution design and lead technical decisions.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ServiceNow Development projects to configure, develop, test and deploys ServiceNow applications, reports, service portal, and/or integrationsLead document configurations, reports, and development workAssist our customers with executing testing scenarios and plansEducate customers on ServiceNow products and solutions by delivering effective demonstrations on most servicesMaintain standard and extra certifications, knowledge of new features with each release, and commit to continuous learningParticipate in story grooming and pointing sessions and ensure your understanding of requirements and point storiesParticipate in stand ups and provide solution guidance to the project teamLead Release Plan activitiesParticipate in sprint retrospectives by delivering well prepared solution demonstrationsParticipate in cut over planning, develop, and implement release plan for solution components contained in ServiceNow update setsLead Knowledge Transfer sessions with customersLeads TC initiatives throughout the organization to improve tools and processCreate design documents for complex technical solutions and lead customer conversations to assist with requirements gathering processMaintain the skills required to configure and or develop advanced ServiceNow features (ie Portal, Integrations, AI, etc)Attend and participate in design workshops and design activities to help ensure requirements are technically soundWrite well designed, testable, efficient codeParticipate in peer review testing and provide test steps used during peer review for complex clientsSupport Project Managers by documenting Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes in the RIDAC logSeeks OCM support on internal initiativesParticipates in pre-sales activities as neededMentors Associate Technical Consultants and Technical ConsultantsSkills5+ years of Professional Services Experience4+ years of Direct ServiceNow ExperienceServiceNow HRSD product experience is a MUSTWilling to obtain Public Trust ClearanceServiceNow CSA Certification within 6 monthsServiceNow CIS-HR Certification within 6 monthsAbility to travel up to 15% to customer locations nationallyBS Degree or equivalent work experienceFirst-class communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitudeIntellectual curiosity and willingness to learn every dayBenefitsCompetitive Health Benefits401(K) with a 4% contributionHome Office and Fitness ReimbursementsVacation and Volunteer BenefitsWorld Class co-workers with extensive ServiceNow experienceContinuous learning cultureCompany OverviewStridepath Consulting, formerly known as The Anti, is a Premier ServiceNow Partner exclusively focused on Employee Workflows.
