Stridepath Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to support the design, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow Employee Workflow applications and processes. The role focuses on understanding client business needs, assisting in process design, and delivering high-quality employee experiences.ResponsibilitiesSupport project initiation activities, including pre-work questionnaires and workshop agendasAssist in discovery and design workshops throughout the project lifecycleHelp discern client business processes and employee service delivery needsSupport gap analysis of current and future state processes; assist in identifying solutions from a people, process, and technology perspectiveContribute to the design of repeatable, high-value processes and employee experiences using best practicesDeliver guidance and assist in implementation of processes in partnership with project team membersSupport consultation on options, including pros, cons, and risks, to solve business process problemsAuthor and peer-test user stories to support technical configurationSupport evaluation of risks in proposed configuration and process designs; anticipate, mitigate, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycleGuide, design, and/or facilitate UAT activities as defined in the statement of workParticipate in internal projects or initiatives to improve tools, processes, and organizational efficiencySkillsProfessional Services Experience: RequiredServiceNow Experience: RequiredServiceNow CSA CertificationServiceNow CIS-HR CertificationServiceNow HRSD Professional-Plus SuiteBasic workshop facilitation skillsBasic understanding and application of process design principles and best practicesAbility to learn discipline-specific software (Lucid, Visio, or comparable solutions)Ability to produce high-quality work in a collaborative environmentAbility to learn from written materials and demonstrationsAbility to deliver design-related items that are complete, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomesCompany OverviewStridepath Consulting, formerly known as The Anti, is a Premier ServiceNow Partner exclusively focused on Employee Workflows.
