[Remote] ServiceNow Developer - GRC/IRM (Integrated Risk Management) (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veritas Search Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer specializing in GRC/IRM to enhance IT and Enterprise Risk processes. The role involves implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment between business processes and platform capabilities. Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules. • Partner with risk, compliance, and InfoSec teams to align business processes with platform capabilities. • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and advise stakeholders on design tradeoffs and scalable solutions. • Manage and optimize workflows for policy, compliance, issue management, and IT risk processes. • Integrate ServiceNow GRC/IRM with other systems using REST APIs and related technologies. • Translate complex stakeholder needs into logical, sustainable ServiceNow configurations. • Act as a consultative partner, proactively improving design quality and process efficiency. Skills • Candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation or major support initiatives • Deep understanding of IT Risk, InfoSec, and Enterprise Risk workflows • Ability to articulate the rationale ('why') behind process design and system configurations • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable challenging requirements constructively • A collaborative and process-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable, well-structured solutions • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems (especially via REST APIs) • Familiarity with policy, compliance, issue management, and IT risk management frameworks • Exposure to Security Incident Response (SIR) workflows and InfoSec processes • Prior experience with GRC/IRM tools such as Archer or OneTrust • ServiceNow certifications (especially GRC/IRM) are a plus but not required Company Overview • Veritas Search Group (VSG) is a recruiting, consulting, and staffing firm specializing in professional services within the IT, Finance & Accounting, and Pharmaceutical domains.
