The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant role focuses on delivering business process guidance to clients, particularly in ITOM and CSDM modules, while supporting business transformation through technology.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in multiple engagements delivering business process guidance to customers in support of processes facilitated by the ServiceNow platform and specializing in the ITOM & CSDM modulesFunction in the ITOM & CSDM space helping organizations to rationalize data and design strategiesResearch, document, and assess client landscape covering people, process, technology, and partnersIdentify business objectives to develop process improvements against targetsProvide prescriptive guidance per industry best practice around core areas on the platform, specifically in ITOM & CSDMSupport clients in documentation and implementation of specific changes to align with prescriptive guidance around key process areasSupport Business Analysts in delivery of customer workshops with documented processes key to project scopeOperate effectively within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environmentsCapture user stories in partnership with Business Analysts and ArchitectsDevelop training materials relevant to process optimizations and associated scopeMaintain active status on all certificationsSkills8+ years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology5+ years of business process consulting experience4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with expertise in ITOM & CSDMAbility to conduct calls with customers independently in support of business process consulting effortsAbility to keep a client's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and articulate process decision impacts to scale, effectiveness, and achievement of objectivesMaintain active status on all certificationsCertifications a plus: ITIL beyond foundations, IAITAM, Lean Six Sigma, PMI-PBA, etcHealthcare industry experience a strong plus!Up to 10% TravelCompany OverviewOptimum Healthcare IT provides consulting, staffing, and digital transformation services tailored to healthcare organizations.
