Job Overview • Title: Tech Lead / Principal Consultant – ServiceNow (FSO & IRM) • Location: Fully Remote (United States) • Job Type: Full-Time • Duration: Permanent • Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (Base, estimated; subject to internal confirmation) • Experience Level: Mid-Senior (10–15 years) • Industry: Information Technology / Financial Services • Work Authorization: U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship available • Relocation: Not applicable (remote role) Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with FSO & IRM expertise to lead enterprise-scale implementations for financial services clients. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll design scalable ServiceNow solutions, drive architecture decisions, and work on cutting-edge AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. If you have deep ServiceNow experience and enjoy working in fast-paced consulting environments, this is a great opportunity to step into a Tech Lead / Architect-level role. Responsibilities • Architect and deliver ServiceNow FSO and IRM solutions for enterprise clients • Design scalable systems using CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and web technologies • Translate business requirements into enterprise-level technical architectures • Collaborate with stakeholders, including client architects and business leaders • Drive Agile execution: sprint planning, demos, and backlog refinement • Mentor teams and enforce best practices in ServiceNow development and governance Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or architecture • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) • Strong experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations • Advanced skills in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes • Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and integrations • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-IRM), Risk & Compliance, Vendor Risk • Background in banking, insurance, or financial services domains • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and AI/GenAI integrations • Familiarity with GDPR, ISO, and regulatory compliance frameworks • Experience in client-facing consulting or digital transformation roles #ServiceNowJobs #RemoteTechJobs #HiringNow Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Please enter your LinkedIn URL (Required) Experience: • IT: 10 years (Required) • ServiceNow architecture or development: 5 years (Required) • enterprise-level ServiceNow solution design: 5 years (Required) • ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO): 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • ServiceNow IRM (Risk & Compliance or Vendor Risk Management) (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
