Edwards Vacuum is a global leader in vacuum and abatement systems, and they are seeking a Service Sales Manager for their Semiconductor Service business. The role focuses on driving profitable growth by developing service offerings and commercial strategies while acting as the Voice of the Customer for product development.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of service revenue, margin targets, forecasts and measurements to report achievementsAct as part of the US Customer Center Service management team to develop the supporting infrastructure and resources required to deliver Customer Center and Divisional strategiesAssist Service Sales Director in defining annual service share and penetration targets with the Business Line Managers and the Customer Center General ManagerAssist in the management of all aspects of Service regional pricing policy and discount entitlement management (services and spares) within global guidelines and in collaboration with Equipment Business Line management, to achieve an optimal balance between market share and business profitability in the regionAssist in the development of financial models to quantify and demonstrate the value of performance-based service contracts to our customers, to quantify the anticipated risks and rewards for the business, and to monitor and report the actual performance of executed contractsSupport the service supply chain and Service Technology Centers (STCs) to achieve share and penetration targetsCollaborate with service and sales to define and present service plans and proposals for key customers and ensures that plans are reviewed regularly and adapted as needed to meet achievementsSkillsBachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of experience in advanced technology environment3 years in marketing, product management or other commercially-oriented role in a service business or Business-to-Business SalesKnowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerpointStrong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skillsCustomer facing managerial experienceExcellent communication and administrative skillsBenefitsBenefits and Perks: Enjoy a benefits package including health and wellness programs, retirement savings, and employee assistance.We offer a strong retirement 401k plan with matchingFamily is important to us – so we also offer paid family leave, a health paternity/maternity leave & many other benefits for a health work-life balanceGrowth Opportunities: Access global training, mentorship, and career progression pathways to achieve your professional goals.We support you on your journey: individual learning opportunities, world-wide job opportunities or technical training from our academy.This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the U.S. We value results over location and provide the tools and support you need to succeed from any location.Company OverviewEdwards is a leading developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products.
