About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to Sephora clients through various communication channels, including phone and chat. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information, all while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and chat, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Sephora products, services, and policies, making recommendations and providing solutions to customers
Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using our proprietary database to document all customer communications
Collaborate with internal teams, including quality and training, to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to performance expectations
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Proficiency in Windows-based applications, with a minimum of 40 GB available hard drive space and 8 GB RAM
Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 45 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
