[Remote] SEO Manager (Enterprise / Technical SEO) - Remote

They are seeking a full-time SEO Manager to own the organic search strategy for high-visibility, content-rich websites, balancing technical SEO, content optimization, structured data, and analytics to maximize discoverability. Responsibilities • Lead SEO strategy across large, multi-site platforms • Define and enforce SEO requirements during design and development • Own: • + Technical SEO architecture • + Indexation strategy • + Structured data/schema implementation • + International SEO (hreflang) • Collaborate with developers on: • + Page speed optimization • + Core Web Vitals • + Crawlability • Oversee content migration SEO planning and redirect strategies • Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms • Provide ongoing SEO guidance to editors and content teams • Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and best practices Skills • 5+ years of SEO experience with enterprise or high-traffic websites • Strong technical SEO background • Experience working with CMS platforms • Proven success improving organic visibility at scale • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills • SEO experience with government websites • Experience with AI-driven search optimization • Familiarity with structured data at scale Company Overview • Magellan Solutions Outsourcing Inc.
