The SEO Analyst role involves supporting content SEO, analytics, and technical SEO execution while collaborating with various teams to enhance website performance and optimize search visibility.ResponsibilitiesConduct keyword research to support content creation, optimization, and product alignment initiativesBuild SEO content briefs including target keywords, search intent, content structure recommendations, and internal linking opportunitiesAudit existing content for optimization opportunities, cannibalization, thin content, and keyword driftSupport TOFU and MOFU content planning aligned to business priorities and product taxonomyOptimize and score content using SEO optimization tools such as ClearscopePartner with Product Marketing and Content teams to validate content opportunities before productionBuild and maintain recurring SEO dashboards and reporting in GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or Power BIMonitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, CTR, impressions, and conversion performanceAnalyze traffic fluctuations and identify potential causes including algorithm changes, migration impacts, and seasonalityConnect organic search performance to pipeline and conversion outcomesPresent findings and recommendations in clear, business-friendly languageConduct technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog and SitebulbIdentify and troubleshoot crawl, indexation, canonical, redirect, and hreflang issuesSupport migration QA and redirect validation efforts across web propertiesAssist with structured data and schema markup implementation in partnership with development teamsMonitor Core Web Vitals and communicate recommendations to technical stakeholdersWork closely with Web Operations, Development, Design, Content, and Product Marketing teams on SEO initiativesManage SEO-related tasks and workflows through WrikeCommunicate SEO recommendations and technical requirements clearly across technical and non-technical teamsSupport broader AI search visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives as the organization evolves its search strategySkills3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environmentStrong experience with content SEO, keyword research, and content brief developmentExperience using GA4 and Google Search Console for SEO reporting and analysisFamiliarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and ClearscopeAbility to translate SEO data into actionable business insightsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyExperience supporting enterprise website migrations and redirect validationFamiliarity with Looker Studio or Power BI reportingUnderstanding of technical SEO concepts including canonicals, hreflang, schema markup, and crawl optimizationExperience working within multi-brand or multi-product organizationsExposure to modern CMS or JAMstack environments such as Astro, Storyblok, or VercelFamiliarity with AI search visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) conceptsExperience using project management platforms such as WrikeBenefitsFor non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus.For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.Company Overviewinsightsoftware is the most comprehensive provider of solutions for the Office of the CFO.
