[Remote] SEO & AI Search Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys BPM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO & AI Search Specialist for a contract position. This role is crucial for enhancing online visibility and ensuring effective content ranking in both traditional organic search and emerging AI-powered search experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing SEO strategies, optimizing content, and analyzing performance metrics.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive keyword research for organic search and develop effective prompts for AI search engines, identifying opportunities to improve content discoverabilityDefine and refine overarching SEO and AI search strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences for specific solution areasAudit existing content and review new content for adherence to SEO and AI search best practices, providing actionable recommendations for improvementTrack, analyze, and report on key SEO and AI search performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion rates along with key mentions, citations, sentiment and SOV with LLM’sPropose specific edits to existing web pages and recommend the creation of new content to enhance organic search rankings and AI search visibility and citationsOversee and manage citations and online listings to ensure accuracy and consistency across platformsWork closely with multiple internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and content teams, to integrate SEO and AI search strategies into their initiativesAssign tasks to team members, review draft content, and manage the content production pipeline to ensure timely delivery and publicationEffectively manage numerous concurrent workstreams, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all project deadlines are metSkillsHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentMinimum 6 years of experience related to the job descriptionProven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with a strong understanding of current algorithms and best practicesDemonstrated experience with AI-driven search technologies and their impact on content visibilityProficiency in conducting in-depth keyword research and understanding search intentExperience in developing and implementing successful SEO and AI Search strategiesAbility to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations to diverse audiencesStrong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools (e.g., Brightedge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)Familiarity with AI prompt engineering principles is a plusCompany OverviewInfosys is a technology company that offers consulting, outsourcing, cloud infrastructure, program management, and software services.
