They are seeking an SEO Account Director to lead SEO strategies for enterprise clients, drive organic search initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance digital marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesOwn the strategic direction, performance, and execution of SEO programs for enterprise and large-scale client accountsServe as the primary SEO advisor and strategic partner for senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teamsDevelop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies across technical SEO, content strategy, site architecture, and authority growth initiativesConduct advanced technical SEO audits and guide implementation efforts related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and overall site healthLead enterprise SEO initiatives tied to website migrations, redesigns, CMS transitions, and large-scale technical implementationsAnalyze organic search performance, keyword opportunities, competitive landscapes, and user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategyPartner closely with internal teams including analytics, paid media, content, UX, and development to support integrated digital marketing initiativesPresent strategic recommendations, reporting insights, and performance updates to executive-level stakeholders with clarity and confidenceProactively identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends within search, including AI-driven search experiences and evolving SERP featuresContribute to internal SEO thought leadership, process improvement, and innovation initiatives to help evolve enterprise SEO best practices across the agencySkills10+ years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency or enterprise consulting environmentProven experience leading SEO strategy for enterprise, large-scale, or Fortune 500 brandsDeep understanding of technical SEO, enterprise site architecture, crawl/indexation management, and large-scale content ecosystemsStrong experience managing complex SEO initiatives across multiple stakeholders and departmentsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that drive measurable business growthExpertise with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Yext, SparkToro, Profound, or similar enterprise SEO toolsStrong analytical experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and related reporting and conversion tracking platformsExperience supporting website migrations, redesigns, and enterprise CMS implementationsStrong understanding of Core Web Vitals, page performance optimization, structured data, and technical SEO best practicesExcellent communication and presentation skills with experience leading conversations with executive stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and manage multiple complex accounts and initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to translate complex SEO concepts into actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholdersWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworksFamiliarity with log file analysis and advanced technical SEO diagnosticsUnderstanding of AI search trends, generative search experiences, and evolving SERP featuresUnderstanding of JavaScript SEO and rendering challenges within modern web frameworksExperience with API-driven reporting, data visualization, or SEO automation workflowsBenefitsRemote Workplace.
