[Remote] Senior/Staff Technical Recruiter

As a Senior/Staff Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in recruiting for roles across all Product, Design, and Engineering teams, supporting hiring managers in developing recruiting strategies and providing a unique candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting process; from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews with the help of a Recruiting Coordinator to offer deliveryLead and deliver a best in class candidate experience by getting back to candidates within hours versus days and managing a thoughtful interview processWork closely with our hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and come up with innovative recruiting strategiesTrack all search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the broader recruiting teamContinuously work on designing unbiased interview processes and sourcing strategies to give candidates from all backgrounds equal opportunities to be hiredParticipate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as neededSkills4+ years of technical recruiting experience with at least 2-3 years at a fast scaling software companyDriven to find mechanisms and build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levels and give our hiring managers targeted pipelines where they can build strong relationships with engaged candidatesSourcing experience using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, meetups, Gem etcAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse or Ashby experience a plus)Ability to move fast and focus on impactCompany OverviewRunway offers generative AI tools for creating images, videos, and simulations, enabling new creative workflows through AI.
