[Remote] Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer, Clinic

As an Engineer on the Clinic Platform team, you’ll build and scale the systems that power our clinician and patient experiences end-to-end.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and own fullstack features across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups)Partner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high - quality user experiencesBuild scalable backend services and APIs that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, labs, and third - party partnersDevelop modern frontend applications (React - based) that power internal clinician tools and member - facing experiencesEnsure performance, reliability, and security across critical healthcare flowsContribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and system design for a rapidly evolving platformDrive experimentation and iteration, enabling rapid product improvements while maintaining high qualityMentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigorSkills10+ years of experience building and scaling fullstack applicationsStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript)Solid backend experience with Node.js (or similar) building APIs and distributed systemsExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQLStrong understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalabilityExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern deployment practicesFamiliarity with observability, performance tuning, and production debuggingAbility to operate in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and accountabilityBenefitsComprehensive benefits packageAnnual bonus programHybrid work environmentWorker's compensation insurance for work-related injuries or illnessCompany OverviewThe New Weight Watchers is built for the GLP-1 era, delivering comprehensive clinical services and a complete weight health solution.
