[Remote] Senior/Staff Business/Creative Recruiter

As a Senior/Staff Business/Creative Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process across various G&A teams, supporting hiring managers, and improving diversity within the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting process; from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews with the help of a Recruiting Coordinator to offer deliveryLead and deliver a best in class candidate experienceContinuously work to improve diversity at RunwayWork closely with our hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and come up with innovative recruiting strategiesTrack all search metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the broader recruiting teamParticipate in recruiting events and cross-functional projects as neededSkills6+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years of business recruiting experience building high caliber GTM, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other G&A teams in an innovative, high-growth environmentExperience and desire to work in a start-up environmentDriven to find mechanisms and build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levels and give our hiring managers targeted pipelines where they can build strong relationships with engaged candidatesSourcing experience using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, meetups, and other GTM-specific channelsA commitment to diversity, and preferably, experience improving a previous employer's diversity via specific recruiting strategiesAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsOutstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Ashby experience a plus)Company OverviewRunway offers generative AI tools for creating images, videos, and simulations, enabling new creative workflows through AI.
