[Remote] Senior Workday Consultant with Integrations Experience - W2 Position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intellectt Inc is seeking a senior-level Workday Financials Consultant to join their Finance Solution Delivery team. This role involves providing hands-on configuration, production support, and enhancement delivery across multiple Workday Financials domains while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands‑on configuration and production support across Workday FinancialsOperate independently across multiple functional areas based on business priorityTroubleshoot defects and resolve production issues efficientlyDesign and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions (not short‑term fixes)Translate business requirements into effective system solutionsContribute to platform enhancements, optimizations, and process improvementsSkills7+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience. Experience with integrations, APIs, or enterprise systemsStrong end-to-end understanding of Workday financial processesProven ability to balance production support with project-based workAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, lean team environmentStrong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindsetDemonstrated expertise in: Top Priority: Financial Accounting (highest), Expenses, Business Assets; Secondary: Banking & Settlement; Lower Priority: Procurement (de-emphasized / phasing out)Experience with Workday Accounting Center and/or PrismFamiliarity with Workday integrations and reportingExperience supporting cross-functional initiativesExposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworksStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholdersCompany OverviewIntellectt Inc.
