The role involves managing Windows-based environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability for mission-critical applications such as IBM FileNet and DataCap.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Windows server environments, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management. Ensure systems are patched, up-to-date, and secureProvide technical support for Windows-based applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and availabilityImplement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Windows platforms and applicationsDevelop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect organizational data and IT resources.
