This role is responsible for leading the marketing function, executing go-to-market strategies, and driving pipeline growth and product adoption.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals and revenue targetsOwn the end-to-end go-to-market strategy across all products and services, including segmentation, positioning, pricing support, and channel strategyDefine and refine e2L’s overall brand narrative and product positioning within the K-12 education marketPartner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, new markets, and expansion strategiesTranslate company strategy into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs tied to pipeline and revenueOwn product marketing strategy and execution across the entire organizationDevelop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for products, tailored to multiple stakeholders (district leaders, educators, partners)Lead product launches and releases, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and delivery teamsEstablish and manage the full customer journey—from awareness through adoption and retentionGather and synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product and marketing strategyPartner closely with Product leadership to ensure market needs are reflected in product development and innovationServe as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, aligning marketing efforts to pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue outcomesBuild and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline growthLead sales enablement efforts, including development of playbooks, messaging frameworks, and sales collateralEnsure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales priorities, improving conversion rates and sales effectivenessSupport forecasting and pipeline visibility through strong collaboration with sales and operations teamsOversee demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, content strategy, events, and partnershipsDrive brand awareness and thought leadership within the K-12 education sectorEnsure consistent messaging and brand experience across all channels and customer touchpointsMonitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insightsEstablish clear marketing KPIs tied to pipeline, conversion, and revenue impactAnalyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends to continuously improve strategyBuild reporting mechanisms that connect marketing activities to business outcomesPartner with operations and systems teams to ensure accurate tracking and visibility across marketing and sales funnelsLead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing teamFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementSet clear goals and performance expectations aligned with company objectivesBuild organizational capability in product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market executionSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experienceProven experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablementDemonstrated success driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through marketingExperience partnering closely with sales teams in a revenue-driven organizationStrong understanding of customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging strategyStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insightsExcellent communication and leadership skillsMaster's degreeExperience in K-12 education and/or EdTechBenefits401KHealth Insurance plan benefits offeredCompany Overviewengage2learn is an educational organization that offers virtual coaching and personalized learning services.
