They are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead their multi-channel revenue engine across the Americas, focusing on driving revenue growth and optimizing sales strategies. Responsibilities β€’ Own the revenue agenda for the Americas region and partner closely with supporting functions that impact financial outcomes β€’ Balance and optimize Direct vs. Indirect revenue mix β€’ Build and scale a high-performance GTM organization across Sales, SDR, and Channel β€’ Implement operational rigor, forecasting accuracy, and KPI-driven management β€’ Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for cross-functional execution β€’ Drive regional strategy aligned with corporate objectives and overall revenue goals β€’ Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, influencing global strategy β€’ Ensure close collaboration with SVP EMEA & APAC β€’ Full leadership of quota-carrying Direct Sales teams β€’ Ownership of regional new business, expansion, and retention targets β€’ Sales forecasting, pipeline governance, deal strategy, and execution rigor β€’ Building repeatable sales motions and playbooks to drive predictable growth β€’ Leadership of SDR/BDR functions β€’ Pipeline generation strategy and conversion KPIs β€’ Alignment of SDR motion with both Direct and Channel GTM strategies β€’ Scaling partner revenue across Solution Partners, GSIs, Resellers, and ISVs β€’ Strengthening partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation β€’ Enhancing partner enablement, programs, incentives, and co-selling motions β€’ Aligning partner strategy with Direct Sales to create a unified regional GTM Skills β€’ 10+ years of experience leading regional revenue organizations that include both Direct & Indirect Sales β€’ Proven track record running large quota-carrying sales teams β€’ Experience owning SDR/BDR organizations and pipeline generation β€’ Strong channel/partner leadership experience (GSIs, ISVs, hyperscalers, resellers) β€’ Experience in high-growth, PE-backed or capital-efficient SaaS environments β€’ Demonstrated success in building predictable revenue engines and scaling GTM teams β€’ Exceptional people leadership β€” able to attract, develop, and scale high-performing teams β€’ Deep operational discipline with a 'run the business' mindset β€’ Data-driven decision-making and comfort with forecasting, analytics, and pipeline rigor β€’ Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels β€’ High EQ, executive presence, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills β€’ You are dedicated to elevating client and co-worker experiences, knowing that exceptional work centers on serving others. β€’ You adapt swiftly to new business demands, understanding that change fuels collective and individual growth. β€’ You excel in communication, effectively connecting in remote/hybrid environments using tools like Slack, Zoom, and G Suite and through occasional in-person events. β€’ You have exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
