The role involves leading UX design for custom software applications, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and synthesizing user experiences based on research and business requirements.ResponsibilitiesLoves to work directly with customers to solve business problemsLeads UX design on small and medium projectsLeads UX design on large and critical projects with assistance and guidance from design leadershipPerforms user research and discovery with periodic guidance.
