[Remote] Senior User Experience Analyst

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Senior User Experience Analyst to create engaging, user-centered experiences for higher education products across web and mobile platforms. This role involves leading the design of complex user experiences, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead the design of complex, end-to-end user experiences from discovery through launch and iterationDesign intuitive and engaging web and mobile experiences that meet user needs and business goalsCreate user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specificationsConduct user research, usability testing, and validation studies to inform design decisionsTranslate research findings, analytics, and user feedback into actionable design improvementsDevelop and maintain reusable design system components and patterns with a focus on accessibility, scalability, and consistencyCollaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure successful implementationFacilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessionsPresent design concepts, recommendations, and strategic insights to leadership and cross-functional teamsUse data, experimentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve product experiencesMentor and support junior designers through design critiques, collaboration, and coachingDesign AI-powered learning experiences while considering ethical, educational, and user-centered design principlesSkills5-8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related fieldsStrong portfolio demonstrates user-centered design processes, visual design excellence, and measurable business impactExperience designing complex web and mobile applicationsProficiency with design and prototyping tools such as FigmaStrong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and design thinkingExperience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component librariesKnowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG)Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional, agile product teamsExperience in Higher Education, EdTech, or digital learning environmentsExperience designing AI-powered or intelligent product experiencesFamiliarity with analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologiesExperience mentoring designers and contributing to design team growthBenefitsNon-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.Packages may include medical, denmatch, lifeion benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.Company OverviewAditi Consulting is a firm that stays abreast of offering technological solutions, project management and digital transformation.
