[Remote] Senior Trade Compliance Project Manager

The Senior Trade Compliance Project Manager will lead customer-facing and internal initiatives to ensure the successful deployment of KYG Trade™ solutions, managing cross-functional implementations and driving operational outcomes across customs and trade compliance programs.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation projects for KYG Trade™ customers, from discovery and requirements definition through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercareOwn project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, status reporting, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, AI, and trade leadersTranslate customer business requirements into executable workstreams spanning trade compliance, system integration, data readiness, workflow design, and change managementManage integration-related activities involving SAP, Oracle ERP, PLM/PDM, broker portals, and related upstream/downstream systemsCoordinate data mapping and validation for product master, shipment, classification, licensing, screening, origin, and duty-related use casesPartner with internal and customer subject matter experts to support deployment of import/export controls, tariff and origin determinations, restricted party screening, and audit-ready recordkeeping workflowsDrive implementation governance by facilitating project meetings, documenting decisions and actions, escalating risks early, and maintaining alignment on scope, success criteria, and resourcingSupport user acceptance testing, training, SOP development, and operational handoff to ensure stable post-go-live executionContribute to repeatable implementation playbooks, templates, and delivery best practices that improve deployment quality, speed, and customer outcomesSkills5+ years of experience in project or program management, implementation delivery, or operations leadership within global trade, customs compliance, supply chain technology, or adjacent enterprise software environmentsDirect experience with SAP GTS and/or other GTM solutions, including deployment, process design, configuration support, integration coordination, or business process transformationStrong working knowledge of customs and trade compliance regulations and operational processes, including classification, origin/FTA, restricted party screening, valuation, broker management, post-entry controls, or government filing workflowsDemonstrated success leading enterprise software or SaaS deployments involving multiple stakeholders, technical dependencies, data migration or mapping, and business process changeAbility to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders across trade compliance, supply chain, IT, operations, and executive leadershipExperience managing project artifacts and delivery processes including project plans, dependency tracking, status reporting, issue/risk management, and executive readoutsComfort operating in fast-paced environments where product, process, and customer requirements evolve over timePMP, customs broker license (LCB)/Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Lean/Six Sigma, or related professional certificationsExperience in high-growth SaaS, trade technology, consulting, systems integration, or customs brokerage environmentsBenefitsCompetitive base salary, bonus eligibility, and equity participation aligned to experience and impact.Remote-first culture: Join a distributed team with strong domain expertise, practical collaboration, and opportunities to grow with the business.Company OverviewKYG Trade operates the world’s first decentralized Trade Attestation Platform and Marketplace.
