Key Responsibilities As a Remote Senior Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for: Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive training programs, frameworks, and evaluation metrics to ensure exceptional learning experiences for our customers and partners. Partnering with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure training programs align with overarching business objectives and industry trends. Crafting engaging, experiential learning activities and captivating curricula to enhance knowledge retention and achieve positive outcomes for our clientele. Continuously updating training materials in alignment with product enhancements and curricular updates, ensuring consistency across training modalities. Creating advanced instructor-led training sessions that adapt to the ever-evolving needs of our customers. Proposing ongoing enhancements to improve the learning experience and broaden our educational services. Staying abreast of industry tools and technologies to refine both virtual and in-person training experiences. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5-7+ years of experience in one of the following domains within a SaaS or iPaaS company: technical instruction, solutions engineering or consulting (pre- or post-sales), or customer-facing professional services. A profound passion for technology, with the ability to inspire and engage others. Confidence in addressing customer inquiries and adept at managing live training sessions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills that facilitate engaging and high-quality instruction for a diverse technical audience. Capability to tailor training approaches to accommodate a range of learner types and varying levels of technical aptitude. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience as a technical instructor. A background in iPaaS, automation, integration, or closely related technologies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Proximity to office locations in Mountain View, CA, or Denver, CO. Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time.
