They are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Executive to drive enterprise sales opportunities in AI and Identity Security, build strategic customer relationships, and position the company as a trusted advisor.ResponsibilitiesHunt and generate new enterprise services opportunities across target accountsDrive sales of professional services, managed services, consulting, implementation, advisory, and transformation engagementsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closureDevelop relationships with senior executives, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Identity, Risk Leaders, and Digital Transformation leadersIdentify customer pain points around AI adoption, identity security, access governance, cloud security, compliance, and enterprise cyber riskWork closely with technical teams, architects, delivery leaders, and partners to shape compelling customer solutionsConsistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsUnderstand customer environments and translate technical challenges into business outcomesLead consultative discussions around: AI strategy and AI security, Identity Security, IAM, IGA, FGA, CIAM, PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust, Cybersecurity services, Cloud and infrastructure security, Risk, compliance, and governancePresent confidently to both technical and executive audiencesSupport workshops, executive briefings, solution presentations, and account planning sessionsPosition services offerings in a way that aligns with customer priorities, budgets, and long-term transformation goalsActively build market visibility through LinkedIn and other professional platformsRegularly publish posts, insights, commentary, articles, videos, or thought leadership content on: AI and enterprise AI adoption, AI security and governance, Identity Security and its framework, IAM, IGA, FGA, CIAM, PAM, and Zero Trust, Cybersecurity trends and executive riskUse social selling to build credibility, generate conversations, and support pipeline growthRepresent the company as a professional industry voice in AI and Identity SecurityCollaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, events, partner initiatives, and executive contentHelp shape messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market positioning for AI and Identity Security servicesBuild and maintain relationships with technology vendors, cybersecurity platforms, cloud providers, and strategic partnersSupport co-selling motions with partners and OEMsIdentify partner-led opportunities and joint go-to-market initiativesStay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in AI and identity securitySkills10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, cybersecurity sales, consulting sales, or professional services salesProven track record of hunting and closing enterprise accountsStrong experience selling services, not just products or licensesDemonstrated understanding of AI and Identity Security is mandatoryExperience selling cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, FGA, CIAM, PAM, Zero Trust, cloud security, or digital transformation servicesAbility to engage senior business and technical stakeholdersStrong executive presence, communication skills, and presentation abilityActive LinkedIn presence with visible professional content related to AI, Identity Security, cybersecurity, or enterprise technologyStrong ability to create demand, build relationships, and convert opportunities into revenueComfortable working with technical teams to shape complex solutions and proposalsExisting network with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, security leaders, and enterprise technology buyersExperience working with identity and cybersecurity platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra, Saviynt, Veza, Ping Identity, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Crowdstrike or similar ecosystemsExperience selling AI consulting, AI security, governance, risk, or transformation servicesPrior experience in a consulting firm, systems integrator, cybersecurity services firm, or managed services providerExperience speaking at webinars, podcasts, conferences, industry panels, or executive roundtablesStrong personal brand as a LinkedIn thought leader or professional influencerBenefitsCommission: Aggressive, performance-based structureHealth, Dental, Vision, Short Term & Long Term Disability, Life InsuranceUnlimited PTOFully RemoteInternal Growth Opportunities + Paid TrainingWork-Life BalanceCommunity Volunteering & Engagement OpportunitiesTeam Events and OutingsCompany OverviewOur Identity and Access Management solutions provide your company the flexibility to grow, change, adapt and prosper.
