Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team for a 6-month contract. The role involves developing recruiting strategies, managing candidate experiences, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.ResponsibilitiesEngage as trusted Talent Acquisition adviser to develop recruiting strategy and operational plan to a diverse set of GTM clients. Familiarity with any of these groups (Sales, Sales Leadership, Pre Sales Engineering & Architecture) would be amazing… a few of these areas would be great!Partner with hiring managers on seamless screening, interview panel identification, decision huddles, offer delivery strategy, and inform onboarding and integration planManage the candidate experience flawlessly from first touch point to offer extension and acceptanceDevelop sourcing and recruiting strategies that deliver key results in high growth environmentDevelop metrics and reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvementPartner with the business to craft engaging job descriptions that engage active and passive candidatesConsistently source, build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelinesPartner with key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards team, Finance Business Partners, Interview Coordination team and more to ensure alignment of key internal decision pointsSkillsExperience having recruited for solutions architects, solutions engineers, technical trainers, and customer facing and revenue generating technical rolesA minimum of 6+ years of experienceFamiliarity with roles in any of these groups - Sales, Sales Leadership, Technical, etcYour Talent Acquisition Knowledge, relation building finesse, and strong focus on results and relationshipsAbility to educate, enable, and empower hiring managers and colleagues across the TA life cycle to deliver excellence and resultsDemonstrable track record of achievement and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates in highly competitive landscapeAbility to articulate the company value proposition and story to candidatesWillingness to establish relationships by phone, video conference, and in personExperience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycleAuthoritative knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniquesSuccessfully deliver on deadlines and precisely execute in a very fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation skillsBachelors Degree is preferred, but not a requirementCompany OverviewCypress HCM is a staffing and recruiting company providing technology and creative recruiting solutions.
