[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the recruitment effort for candidates in scientific and healthcare fields for government contract positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while collaborating with various teams to meet recruitment needs.ResponsibilitiesThe recruiter reviews position descriptions and develops job ads designed to attract the most qualified and talented candidatesUtilizing Bullhorn, our customized applicant tracking system, the recruiter will source, screen, qualify and communicate with potential candidatesThe recruiter will work to quickly submit qualified candidates to the customer and will present candidates to the customer via a virtual or onsite presentation (if requested)Important metrics include the speed of submittal as well as quality of the candidateTo be successful, the recruiter will need to be flexible in recruiting for a variety of specialties to include: biologists, chemists, virologists, immunologists, medical officers, scientific reviewers, program analysts and managers, bioinformatics scientists, biostatisticians, and biomedical engineers for science and nurses, clinical personnel, PA, NP, and physicians for healthcareThe workload of this position demands the utmost in professionalism, dedication, accuracy and efficiencyAdditional responsibilities include documentation of candidate communications, recruiting for difficult to fill positions, interacting with the customer and/or KGS recruiters to determine recruitment needs, attending networking and training events to help increase candidate pool, and making job offers to new employees including salary negotiations and discussing the benefits packageStrong presentation and communication skills are essential as the recruiter must be comfortable speaking to large groups as well as senior officialsA majority of the tasks performed will require proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordSkillsMaster's degree in Biology or related scientific fieldMinimum of 2 years scientific experience with at least one year of laboratory experience preferredExcellent computer skills, including expertise with Excel and OutlookHealthcare recruiting experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary, 401(k), and bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental and vision insurance as well as flexible spending accountsCompany OverviewKelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom specializes in science, engineering, technology, and telecom.
