[Remote] Senior Technical Project & Product Manager

The role involves managing client relationships, improving process efficiency using AI tools, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOwn project budgets and profitability, forecast needs, track actuals, manage change orders, and flag risks before they become problemsServe as the primary client contact across your projects: run kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives; manage expectations proactivelyLead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, strategy) to deliver on time, on scope, and on budgetBring product thinking to client engagements focusing on real user and business outcomesBuild internal tools, prototypes, and workflow automationsManage and develop pm team; contribute to team hiring and onboardingUse AI tools throughout your workflow and help the team adopt themEnsure quality and thoroughness across project deliverables; evaluate and raise the bar on your team's attention to detailSupport proposals and business development with realistic scoping, pricing, and client insightsSkills5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a digital agency or consultancyDirect experience managing project budgets, timelines, and client relationshipsA track record of delivering complex web or digital projects on time and within scopeExperience in product managementInterest in cutting edge technology, and growing that skill setHands-on experience using AI toolsA clear, direct communicator who writes well and speaks confidently with clients, executives, and technical teamsRelationship-oriented.
