[Remote] Senior Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Item & Content

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for their Technology team, responsible for overseeing medium to large programs involving multiple teams. The role focuses on the planning, execution, and coordination of initiatives including the implementation of a Product Information Management system and driving agile best practices.ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Item initiatives, including the implementation of a Product Information Management system and syndication of item data across the enterprisePartner closely with product management, engineering, and Merchandising leadership from discovery through delivery and executionLead executive-level forums to facilitate critical decision-making, applying an enterprise mindset to navigate complex program trade-offs and ensure strategic alignment across the organizationMonitor overall program progress, manage interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide comprehensive status reports to stakeholders, including leadershipContribute to the development and implementation of program management and agile best practices across the organizationLead large cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentMentor other program managers or agile practitioners within the organizationFacilitate complex planning sessions and problem-solving workshopsDrive continuous improvement initiatives within program execution and agile practicesSkillsDeep expertise in program & agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)Strong executive communication & influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadershipAdvanced stakeholder management capabilities across various levels and functionsProven delivery management skills for complex programsAbility to manage program scope, budget, timelines, and quality effectivelyExcellent problem-solving, risk management, and dependency management skillsProficient in agile & project toolingAbility to build structure within ambiguous environments, leading through influence8+ years of experience in a technology environment5+ years of experience in managing complex programs or in a senior agile role (e.g., Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach)Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceMaster's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) are a plusPrevious experience with implementation of PIM technology platforms and/or Retail Technology is a plusBenefitsThis position is fully remoteCompany OverviewAt Crate & Barrel, we help people build a home with purpose.
