[Remote] Senior Technical Program Manager

The Senior Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of programs in R&D, focusing on data governance and privacy, while managing complex dependencies and stakeholder communication.ResponsibilitiesLead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and complex financial applications, owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software developmentPartner closely with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and other teams to define program scope, requirements, and deliverablesDrive Data Governance and Data Privacy programs forwardEstablish clear and consistent communication channels. Provide regular updates on program status, progress, and blockers to all stakeholders, including senior leadershipProactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring seamless integration and coordinationIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
