Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role within Agile software delivery environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent area preferredTechnical knowledge of backend integrations, API, MongoDB and JavaExperience in enterprise or large-scale backend integration product environmentsExperience working with business process transformation, customer-facing platforms, or internal enterprise systemsDemonstrable experience owning product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomesDemonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams and influencing customers across business and IT functionsGood experience applying Agile methodologies, especially ScrumAbility to define strategy while also managing tactical execution detailsExperience partnering with senior leaders to shape vision, manage priorities, and deliver
