[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM)

SafeBreach is a pioneer in proactive cybersecurity, seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to large enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage enterprise relationships, driving value and adoption of the SafeBreach exposure validation platform while collaborating with global teams.ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding and complex implementation projects for commercial and enterprise customers, including installation, training, and technical setupProvide expert technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, promoting best practices and removing technical blockersManage customer relationships proactively to meet established SLAs through strategic advisories, regular check-ins, and clear communicationDrive product adoption and expansion by translating usage data into actionable insights and advising on optimization strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and resolve technical/business issuesUse tools like Gainsight to track customer engagement, identify risks early, and ensure a seamless customer experienceWork independently during APAC business hours while maintaining alignment with global teamsSkills5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer (Tier 2/3), or Professional Services within cybersecurity or SaaS companiesStrong experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and detection engineering principlesHands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, threat intelligence platforms, vulnerability management, and penetration testing toolsComfortable working across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)Familiarity with Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS), pentesting, threat hunting, red teaming, Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and Adversarial Exposure Validation (AEV)Proven track record delivering workshops, supporting enterprise customers, and driving post-sales success and adoptionSkilled at cross-functional collaboration, project ownership, and managing complex technical implementationsClear, confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholdersWillingness and ability to travel up to 15% for customer onsite visits, team alignment meetings, or industry eventsDeep expertise in offensive security methodologies: BAS, pentesting, threat hunting, red teaming, CTEM, or AEVProficiency in Python or other scripting languages to customize and extend SafeBreach capabilitiesExperience working in a startup or rapidly scaling company environmentIndustry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or similar security credentialsBenefitsExcellent growth opportunities: Make an impact and advance your careerFully remote work and flexible PTOHighly competitive salary and equity grantsHealth, dental and vision insuranceGenerous Parental leaveMonthly phone and internet stipendLearning & Development stipendCompetitive employee referral bonus programCompany OverviewSafeBreach executes active breach scenarios and performs continuous validation to find holes in an environment before an attacker does.
