[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scout Global is partnered with an early stage AI Security vendor experiencing rapid expansion in the US. They are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to ensure successful adoption and long-term expansion for customers post-sales, requiring strong technical skills to develop tools and solve challenges.ResponsibilitiesOwning customer lifecycle post-deployment (adoption, expansion and renewal)Develop and execute success plans aligned to customer prioritiesDrive measurable outcomes and success metricsLead business reviews (QBR's/EBRs) and communicate valueWriting scripts and automation to streamline workflowsBuild lightweight tools, dashboards or utilities for visibility and adoptionTroubleshoot issues and guide customers through technical challengesWorking with API's (REST/gRPC)Skills8 + years experience in Customer Success, TAM, Solutions Engineering rolesMust have worked within the Cyber Security industry - Endpoint or DLP backgrounds are highly preferableExperience managing enterprise customer relationshipsStrong ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomesExperience managing escalations and navigating complex environmentsMust have the capability to write scripts / have the know how for technical requirements aboveWorking knowledge of Python is a huge plusExperience with AI/LLM systems is a huge plusCompany OverviewWinners: Best Start-Up Agency – The Global Recruiter Awards 2025.
