They are seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Team Manager, Campaign Operations to lead and scale their marketing campaign operations function, overseeing a team responsible for executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Operations professionals, establishing clear ownership, priorities, and performance expectationsDrive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, workload management, and SLA developmentApply systems thinking to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and redesign workflows for scale and consistencyOwn end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinar, lifecycle, and digital programsEnsure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with high quality across platforms including Marketo, Iterable, Segment, and BigMarkerOversee intake, build, QA, launch, and post-launch processes to ensure operational reliability and consistencyDesign and evolve scalable campaign operations infrastructure, including workflows, templates, and governance modelsEstablish and enforce QA standards, SLAs, and best practices to improve execution quality and efficiencyDrive automation across campaign workflows and leverage AI capabilities to reduce manual effort, increase speed to launch and enhance personalization at scaleManage campaign intake and prioritization across competing stakeholder requestsPartner with Marketers to translate marketing strategy into executable plansEnsure alignment on audiences, timelines, dependencies, and performance expectations across all campaignsSkills10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations2+ years of people management experience leading high-performing operational teamsHands-on experience with Marketo requiredExperience managing webinar and event technologies such as Zoom, BigMarker, GoldcastFamiliarity with customer data platforms and event tracking tools such as SegmentStrong understanding of campaign execution workflows, audience segmentation, and marketing automation best practicesExperience building scalable operational processes, documentation, and governance frameworksExcellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical mindset with experience leveraging campaign and operational data to drive optimizationAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentBenefitsThis role is also eligible for equity and benefits.Box is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Check out our benefits and perksCompany OverviewBox is an online file sharing and cloud content management service offering unlimited storage, custom branding, and administrative controls.
