[Remote] Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Technology - Temporary role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Technology will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies and manage the talent acquisition process for technology positions.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with HR Business Partners to engage with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to satisfy anticipated talent requirements and market forces. Initiates and maintains communicationsNegotiate service level agreements with clients; delivers service to meet or exceed those agreementsResponsible for a full range of talent acquisition functions.
