[Remote] Senior Systems Engineer / ServiceNow Developer ITIL 100% Remote Contract to Permanent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zeektek is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / ServiceNow Developer for a 6 month contract to hire position. The ideal candidate will independently code, deploy, and optimize ServiceNow applications while collaborating with product and technical teams to deliver automation solutions. Responsibilities • Daily schedule is 9am-5pm candidate local time as long as they are starting by 10AM EST. • This person will code and deploy Service Now update sets that are related to automation in our current custom/scoped application. • They will work with the core Technical Process Enablement team which consists of the product side and developer side and be mostly overseen by the Lead Developer. • All work is performed remote. Skills • 5–6 years of experience developing and modifying custom or scoped ServiceNow applications • Building integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems • Strong technical problem-solving skills • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM principles • Understanding of platform analytics and secure deployment workflows • Ability to independently code, deploy, and optimize ServiceNow update sets • 4-6+ years of experience • 4-6 years experience in developing or modifying Service Now custom/scoped applications • Senior level Service Now development • Experience with Integrations between Service Now and other applications • ITIL, ITSM, IT4IT, Scrum Agile • Service Now Platform Analytics development experience • Healthcare experience Company Overview • Zeektek is an IT recruiting and solutions firm.
