They are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the administration of their HRIS application, Workday, ensuring it is configured and maintained to support efficient People business processes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrator for Cribl’s Workday system, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration and integrationsLead the ongoing configuration, maintenance, upgrades and health monitoring of Workday components based on Cribl’s business and technical requirementsLead, document and support business process discovery sessions to play a key role establishing Cribl’s Workday roadmapCollaborate with stakeholders across the People Operations, IT and Finance teams to translate business process and reporting needs into secure, stable Workday solutionsDevelop and maintain secure integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems (e.g., payroll providers, organizational data feeds, data governance tooling)Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, managing security roles, supporting compliance efforts and resolving data issuesTrack, triage and resolve defects, including system access, business process and integration issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations, integrations and business processesSupport and coordinate regular Workday updates, enhancements and new feature adoption as Workday evolvesTrain and support end users with Workday access, reporting and functionality; develop documentation to promote self-service and adoptionStay current on Workday trends, best practices and product roadmaps to maximize the value of Cribl’s Workday investmentSkills5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or HRIS management, with minimum 3 years as a hands-on Workday administrator or leadDeep expertise across Workday including, Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Advance Compensation, Time, data governance and integrationsExperience driving Workday business process mapping, system design, current state/future state documentation and stakeholder alignmentProficiency configuring Workday modules, maintaining security roles and permissions and supporting audits/complianceExperience with key Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs) and building / maintaining system integrationsExcellent stakeholder communication, documentation and training skillsDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage projects and deliver in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environmentWorkday certificationExperience with data analytics and visualization toolsProficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysisUnderstanding of security and compliance considerations related to HRIS and data sharingPrior experience scaling People systems in a high-growth SaaS environmentExcited about the data spaceGood jokes, or maybe better, bad jokesA love for goatsBenefitsIncentive compensation (commission) for sales and some sales-adjacent rolesParticipate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program for all other rolesHealth, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurancePaid holidays and paid time offA fertility treatment benefit401(k)EquityCompany OverviewCribl, the AI Platform for Telemetry, empowers enterprises to manage and analyze telemetry for humans and agents.
