CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft HCM / HRIS Solutions Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise Human Resources and Payroll technology environment. The role involves maintaining and optimizing PeopleSoft HCM applications, improving processes, and partnering with business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM applicationsAnalyze business needs and translate HR, payroll, and workforce requirements into system solutionsSupport enhancements, upgrades, configurations, testing, and ongoing system improvementsPartner with HR, payroll, IT, security, and business teams to deliver effective solutionsTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and help maintain system stabilitySupport critical business processes including payroll cycles, compliance activities, and workforce operationsCreate documentation, functional specifications, and support knowledge transfer across teamsMentor junior analysts and provide guidance on PeopleSoft best practicesConfigure and support PeopleSoft features such as: Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Fluid User Interface, Page and Field Configurator, Event Mapping, Page Composer, Search Framework / ElasticsearchSupport integrations and data exchanges using: Integration Broker, REST and SOAP Web Services, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Reporting and analytics toolsAssist with: System upgrades and enhancements, Production support, Incident resolution, Change management activities, Disaster recovery and business continuity effortsSkills10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM environmentsStrong expertise with PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Security, Workforce Administration, and Talent Acquisition modulesExperience supporting enterprise-level ERP systems and integrationsStrong SQL skills with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and system problemsExperience configuring workflows, security roles, and business processesAbility to gather requirements, create functional designs, perform testing, and deliver solutionsExperience working in environments where data accuracy, compliance, and system reliability are criticalExperience with PeopleSoft Application DesignerExperience with Integration BrokerExperience with PUM / Change AssistantExperience with BI PublisherExperience with SQRExperience with Search Framework / ElasticsearchExperience with SQLExperience with enterprise security and governance practicesGovernment, education, healthcare, or other large enterprise ERP environmentsPayroll compliance and workforce policy processesLeave management and HR operationsITIL, incident management, and change management practicesDisaster recovery planningAccessibility standards (WCAG)Large-scale ERP environments supporting multiple business groupsCompany OverviewCornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) delivers scalable IT hiring, government workforce solutions, and executive search with precision.
