[Remote] Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support a growing supply chain analytics and operations team. The role focuses on procurement and accounts payable workflows, emphasizing documentation, process improvement, and enhancing visibility into operations.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Supply Chain Analyst will report into the Manager and support a growing supply chain analytics and operations team focused on procurement and accounts payable workflowsThis role is heavily involved in helping the team build structure and standardization, including documenting processes, improving transparency, and supporting a new 'way of working' across the organizationA significant portion of the role will focus on documentation (SOPs), process improvement, and enabling better visibility into work intake, prioritization, and executionThe analyst will work closely with procurement and AP teams to support day-to-day operations, assist with system and process-related issues, and help guide users through Workday workflows and data interpretationThis includes troubleshooting tickets, identifying gaps, and improving user understanding of systems and processesThe role also partners with IS/technical teams to gather requirements, communicate business needs, and help anticipate potential system or workflow challengesThis is a highly collaborative, user-facing role requiring patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in an evolving environmentThe ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable helping shape processes while supporting both operational and project-based workSkills3–5 years of Workday experience (including configuration support and troubleshooting)Experience working within supply chain, procurement, or accounts payable functionsStrong documentation experience (SOPs, process documentation, workflow standardization)Ability to support users, troubleshoot issues, and explain system/data conceptsStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience gathering requirements and working cross-functionally with IS/technical teamsExperience with GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange) or EDI transactionsExposure to procure-to-pay processesExperience with expense management tools (Workday Expense, Concur, etc.)Understanding of healthcare supply chain or GPOs (e.g., Vizient)Accounting knowledge (invoicing, downstream financial impact)Experience with documentation overhaul or large-scale process standardization initiativesBackground in healthcare (preferred but not required)BenefitsFully remote (EST hours)6-month contract (Potential conversion)Company OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
