They are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to support and grow key client relationships while ensuring high-quality client experiences through effective communication and operational support.ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor client communications, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and escalation when appropriateTrack and coordinate client-submitted support tickets across internal teams through resolutionAnalyze client data, trends, and key performance metrics to generate insights and support strategic decision-makingDevelop customer-facing materials, reports, presentations, and communications that clearly convey recommendations and valueSupport cross-functional initiatives related to client onboarding, implementation, process improvements, training materials, and communication strategiesPartner closely with operations, analytics, product, clinical, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to solve complex client challengesParticipate in monthly and quarterly business reviews both internally and externally with clientsProactively identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational processes, and customer outcomesHelp ensure alignment across teams to support successful client execution and long-term account growthSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field9+ years of experience in account management, client success, healthcare operations, consulting, or similar client-facing rolesStrong communication, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with both business and operational teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business recommendationsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesSelf-motivated, adaptable, and highly collaborativePassionate about delivering a proactive, supportive, and partner-oriented client experiencePassion for improving the healthcare system and helping drive better outcomes for clients and patientsHealthcare domain experience strongly preferred; experience working with health plans is a plusFamiliarity with Mac, Google Suite, Confluence, and JIRAExperience supporting strategic client initiatives, implementations, or operational process improvementsDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative in unfamiliar areasProject management experience, including planning, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholdersBenefitsFully remote opportunity with about 10% travelMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings accountFlex Time Off + company holidaysUp to 14 weeks of paid parental leavePet insuranceCompany OverviewCohere Health is a SaaS company that focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery.
