The role requires a hands-on, high-ownership approach to define and execute product strategy in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesThe Fertility & Family Building product surface: member journey from awareness through outcomes, natural conception, egg freezing, surrogacy, and adjacent family-building programsProduct strategy grounded in member and clinical dataA member-centric data model: engagement, activation, clinical outcomes. You define the metrics, baseline them, and drive improvementAgentic, AI-native experiences that change member outcomesCross-functional relationships across clinical, engineering, design, client success, and growth — you are the connective tissue on this surfaceSkills7+ years in product, with meaningful time in health-tech (preferably fertility space) or a high-stakes consumer domainDirect experience building with LLMs and agentic systems — you have shipped production AI features, not just prototyped themStrong data instincts — you can wrangle complex member datasets, define the right metrics, and communicate findings credibly across clinical and commercial audiences0-to-1 track record with measurable member or patient impactFounder mentality: you own the outcome, not just the workstream.
