This role involves supporting the Global Confidentiality & Privacy Program Management Office through team operations support, meeting coordination, and website content updates.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update stakeholder distribution lists, and operational documentationBuild presentations for internal audiences including senior leadershipSupport the refinement of leadership reports to provide a holistic view of top risks and help identify common themes on an enterprise-wide basis and create recommended areas of focusAssist in the development of internal communications, including drafting, editing, formatting announcements, and meeting minutesMonitor and manage team shared mailbox inquiriesCoordinate onboarding materials and operational resources for team membersProject support as needed such as administrative matters, scheduling, meeting facilitation, etcSupport planning and execution of internal events, including leadership webinars, conferences, and all-hands team engagementsPrepare meeting materials, presentations, and pre-readsCollaborate and coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, team engagement activities, and attendee communications (pre and post event)Maintain and update internal team websites (SharePoint and intranet)Upload and manage documents, presentations, recordings, and resourcesTrack and maintain a log of website updates, including content changes, additions and retirementsMonitor content review cycles and coordinate with content owners for timely updatesMaintain reporting on website activity, updates, and content status to support leadership visibility and operational oversightSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts & Sciences, or other relevant area of studyMinimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, administrative support, or PMO environmentStrong attention to detail, time management skills, and able to appropriately handle privileged and confidential informationAbility to manage multiple priorities and be flexible with workload and assignmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)BenefitsLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.At Deloitte, we value our people and offer employees a broad range of benefits.
