[Remote] Senior Solutions Consultant

The Senior Solutions Consultant role focuses on driving solution adoption and providing deep technical and clinical expertise to enhance client relationships and ensure effective healthcare solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead or support strategic consultant and employer meetings to explain solution value, fit, and integration in a disciplined, education-first mannerBuild confidence through education with the goal of converting appropriate opportunities into adoptionFocus on priority solutions including: Rightway, Lyra, PRxC, Springbuk, Renalotic, Found, First Stop Health & other high priority solutionsPartner with Account Managers to reduce solution complexity and elevate credibility in the fieldDeliver strategic education to help employers and consultants get the most from adopted solutionsServe as the escalation point for technical and clinical questions related to Pareto solutionsLeverage knowledge to enhance credibility and support informed decision-makingEngage internal clinical, product, and vendor resources as needed to support successful outcomesDeliver internal and external training to increase Account Manager confidence in technical and clinical discussionsRaise the baseline level of solution knowledge across the field, reducing long-term dependency on escalationsIdentify risk early through oversight and reporting; partner with Product and vendors to resolve issues proactivelyPartner with Product to define vendor support needs, including escalation paths, dedicated support models, or engagement toolsAct as a bridge between the field, Product, Clinical, and vendor partners to improve solution performance at scaleSkillsBachelor's degreeExperience in healthcare, benefits consulting, pharmacy or related fieldWillingness to travel as needed to support field engagements, upward of 50% travel7+ years of relevant experienceClinical or pharmacy experience is preferredExperience supporting complex health, pharmacy, or cost-containment solutionsAbility to quickly learn, synthesize, and explain new solutions and integrationsStrong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex conceptsCredible and confident with consultants, employers, and internal partnersComfortable operating in a fast-evolving product and market environmentCurious, adaptable, and proactive in developing expertiseProven ability to partner effectively with Product, Clinical, Vendors, and Customer Management teamsStrong organizational and follow-through skillsOutcome-oriented approach grounded in trust and long-term value creationConsultative, non-transactional sales mindsetBenefitsFully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.Flexible PTO401k company contributionTuition reimbursementProfessional development allowanceTransportation allowance and daily parking reimbursementEngaging hybrid work environmentCompany OverviewTraditional health insurance is failing small and midsize employers.
